The vehicles provided are for the booked journey only. Customers must follow traffic rules and cooperate with the driver. Misuse, damage, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

While we take utmost care to ensure safety, Ujjain Travel is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel. Insurance coverage applies as per vehicle policies.

5. Travel Delays

Travel times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays, missed appointments, or events due to such conditions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop locations, be punctual, and communicate any changes in advance. Proper behavior towards drivers and vehicles is expected.
